The Challenge
A public building must be accessible, hard-wearing for public footfall, and visually impressive for visiting dignitaries and residents. Budget constraints meant the solution had to be cost-effective without looking cheap.
Our Solution
We installed a combination of luxury vinyl tile in herringbone pattern for the reception, broadloom carpet in formal meeting suites, and safety vinyl in the public circulation routes. All materials were chosen for longevity and ease of local repair.
The Outcome
The council received positive public feedback on the modernised interior. Maintenance costs are down 30% year-on-year and the reception has become a showcase space for civic events.
