The Challenge
A Ware distribution hub required a floor that could survive 24/7 forklift traffic, resist hydraulic fluid and oil spillages, and support food-grade hygiene standards. The existing concrete was dusting heavily.
Our Solution
We applied a 4mm polyurethane heavy-duty screed in traffic areas with anti-slip aggregate, and a 2mm smooth high-build epoxy in storage racking zones. Safety line marking was installed for pedestrian walkways.
